Terms of Service

The rules of the road for using ShieldFlow

Last updated: April 19, 2026

By creating an account or purchasing a subscription you agree to these terms. They exist to keep the service usable for everyone and to set clear expectations on what we will and won't do.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use ShieldFlow. You are responsible for ensuring that use of a VPN is lawful where you are located.

2. Acceptable use

ShieldFlow is a privacy tool, not a platform for illegal activity. You agree not to use the service for: distribution of child sexual abuse material, credential-stuffing or brute-force attacks against third parties, unsolicited bulk email, DDoS attacks, or any activity that causes our upstream providers to suspend our network. Abuse detected at the transport layer (not the application layer) may result in immediate termination without refund.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Monthly and annual plans are prepaid. Annual plans receive the advertised discount applied upfront. Renewals, if enabled, occur at the end of each billing cycle at the then-current price. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account settings.

4. Refund policy

New users may request a full refund within 7 days of their first purchase, no questions asked, provided fewer than 10 GB of traffic has been consumed. Refunds for card payments return to the original card within 5-10 business days. USDT refunds are issued to the wallet that sent the original payment.

5. Device limits and fair use

Each plan includes a device limit. Sharing a single subscription across more devices than your plan allows, or redistributing the subscription URL to third parties, is grounds for suspension. We do not enforce bandwidth caps below the advertised quota; we reserve the right to rate-limit clearly abusive traffic patterns (e.g., sustained torrenting that degrades service for other users on the same node).

6. Service availability

We target 99.5% monthly uptime measured per node. Planned maintenance is announced in advance via the support page. We are not liable for outages caused by your local ISP, upstream providers (including Cloudflare, where used as a relay), or government-imposed network disruptions.

7. Third-party services

Card payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe's terms. USDT payments are settled on public blockchains and are irreversible once confirmed. Certain nodes transit Cloudflare; Cloudflare sees encrypted traffic but not plaintext contents.

8. Termination

Either party can terminate the agreement at any time. We may suspend your account for a violation of Section 2 without prior notice. On termination we delete account data per the Privacy Policy; a prorated refund is provided only if termination is initiated by us for reasons other than abuse.

9. Disclaimers

ShieldFlow is provided 'as is'. We make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accessible from any specific network. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you is capped at the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the operating jurisdiction of ShieldFlow's registered entity. Disputes are to be resolved by binding arbitration in that jurisdiction.
