This guide shows how to import a ShieldFlow subscription into Shadowrocket on iPhone or iPad, refresh the node list, and fix the most common import errors. App Store availability and pricing vary by region.
Before you start
- Install Shadowrocket from the App Store.
- Sign in to ShieldFlow in Safari and open the client setup page.
- Use the V2Ray-compatible subscription format for Shadowrocket.
Method 1: one-tap import
- On the ShieldFlow client setup page, select iOS and Shadowrocket.
- Tap the one-tap import button. Safari opens the ShieldFlow import bridge and then Shadowrocket.
- Approve the new subscription when Shadowrocket asks for confirmation.
- Return to the home screen and pull down once to refresh the node list.
Method 2: manual subscription URL
- Copy the V2Ray-compatible subscription URL from ShieldFlow.
- Open Shadowrocket, tap
+, and chooseSubscribe. - Paste the URL, set the remark to
ShieldFlow, and save. - Pull down on the home screen to update the subscription.
Connect and verify
- Select a nearby node with stable latency.
- Enable the main switch and allow iOS to add a VPN configuration.
- Open a browser and confirm that normal HTTPS pages load.
Common problems
"Invalid configuration URL"
Copy the URL again from ShieldFlow and make sure no spaces or line breaks were added. If a QR scanner cannot open the app handoff, use the manual URL method.
The subscription imports but shows no nodes
Pull down to refresh. If the list is still empty, delete only the subscription entry, add the latest URL again, and confirm that your ShieldFlow plan is active.
The node list is old
Open the subscription details, enable automatic updates, and keep the source URL unchanged so node availability changes can reach the client.
