Download Clash Verge Rev, import a Clash subscription, choose a policy group, and troubleshoot TUN mode.

Clash Verge Rev is an open-source desktop client for macOS, Windows, and Linux. This guide covers official downloads, ShieldFlow Clash subscription import, policy selection, and TUN troubleshooting.

1. Download from the official project

Open Clash Verge Rev Releases and choose the package for your operating system.

  • macOS Apple Silicon: the aarch64.dmg package
  • macOS Intel: the x64.dmg package
  • Windows 10 or 11: the x64-setup.exe installer
  • Linux: the package matching your distribution, such as .deb or .rpm
Verify that the download comes from the official GitHub project. Do not install repackaged clients from file-sharing sites because a subscription URL is an account credential.

2. Import the Clash subscription

  1. Sign in to ShieldFlow and open the client setup page.
  2. Copy the Clash-format subscription URL. Do not use the sing-box or V2Ray format.
  3. In Clash Verge Rev, open profiles, create a new URL profile, paste the URL, and save.
  4. Refresh the profile and confirm that policy groups and nodes appear.

3. Select a policy and connect

  1. Open the proxy page and choose the automatic policy group or a nearby node.
  2. Start with rule mode so only matching traffic uses the selected node.
  3. Enable system proxy for browsers and most desktop applications.
  4. Use TUN mode only when an application ignores the system proxy; it may require administrator permission.

4. Recommended maintenance

  • Refresh the subscription automatically every 12 to 24 hours.
  • Update Clash Verge Rev before diagnosing a new protocol parsing error.
  • Keep rule mode as the default and use global mode only for temporary testing.
  • Never share the subscription URL in screenshots or public issue reports.
If the profile imports but traffic does not load, follow the connection troubleshooting guide.
